2016 AGM & Fixtures Meeting

On Sunday 10th July 2016 at Ross Peers Sports Centre, both the Annual General Meeting and Fixtures Meeting will take place.

All Committee Members are expected to attend the AGM where the election of officers will take place and if anyone is interested in joining the committee, they should attend

To ensure your club is eligible to vote you must have a representative present.  Current ECRHA Committee members cannot be club representatives for this.  This is an important event within our calendar where issues affecting us all are discussed and points agreed.  It is therefore imperative that as many people as possible attend to ensure all points of view can be considered.

Should you wish anything to be added to the agenda for this please inform Lisa know by Friday 1st July.

We currently have four vacant positions on the Committee which will be voted on during the meeting.  Should you, or any member of your club, be interested in any of these, please let me know asap.
The positions concerned are:

• President
• Development Officer(s)
• Publicity Officer
• Disputes and Disciplines

Every Club must have representation at the Fixtures Meeting.

If your club is not represented at the fixtures meeting, then there will be no league place for your team next season!

The Fixtures Meeting, which directly follows the AGM, to allow entry to EC leagues for the forthcoming season.

Please ensure all your members are aware of the AGM.  This is open to all EC members, not just club secretaries.

• The Fixtures Meeting starts
